This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive. The primary responsibilities include building and managing relationships with brokers, identifying and onboarding new partners, providing exceptional customer support, and meeting sales and lending objectives. The Account Executive will be responsible for staying informed on industry trends, educating business partners about lending products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while driving business growth.
Qualifications- Strong sales, account management, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of mortgage lending products, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and Non-QM loans
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while multitasking efficiently
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM software and other digital tools for account management
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within the mortgage industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in the mortgage and lending sector is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is plus
