What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop, own, and execute a business plan for the assigned territory
  • Prospect and develop new business through cold calling and client meetings
  • Prepare presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for potential clients
  • Protect existing accounts while increasing revenue through upselling and cross‑selling
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably with a consultative sales approach
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience in creating marketing proposals
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical buyers
  • Valid driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S. and to Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in selling video or security systems in mobile or fixed environments
  • Proven ability to develop effective strategies and customized proposals that win new business
  • Strong project management and technical aptitude skills
