You are passionate about hospitality, wine, and creating connections. You have demonstrated success in a sales-focused role and live close enough to Napa Valley to feel comfortable with your commute.

• Providing exceptional customer service and wine education to our guests.
• Ensuring sales and conversion goals are met.
• Stocking wines and ensuring inventory needs are communicated to the tasting room leaders.
• Setting up and breaking down tasting experiences and private events.
• Ensuring glassware is buffed and set.
• Participating in regular staff meetings and organizational check-ins.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move cases of wine, 50-60 lbs.
• Move between tastings, including standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to prioritize needs during a high volume of transactions.
• Commitment to top-tier customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships over the phone.
• Weekend and some evening availability.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
