Sales​/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include driving sales and business development as well as setting & managing customer expectations, communicating work scopes, scheduling and estimating. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating contracts, and exceeding sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our products
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or outside sales role
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in business development and market analysis is preferred
• Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus

Salary range for this position: $50, + health insurance + PTO + profit sharing
