The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing technology services business to find a Senior Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and owning their territory end-to-end.
This role is ideal for an experienced IT sales professional who wants more autonomy, less over-crowded territory pressure, and the chance to develop meaningful, long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building a strong book of business. You’ll be supported with the right tools, coaching, and leadership, while being trusted to drive results independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full sales process from prospecting through to close
- Creating new opportunities using a range of outbound and relationship-led sales approaches
- Taking a consultative, solution-focused approach to selling
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and forecast
- Accurately documenting sales activity within a CRM platform
- Consistently exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Adhering to company policies, including security and compliance requirements
- Contributing positively to a collaborative sales culture
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IT or technology sales
- Background selling complex solutions or services
- Experience at a VAR, OEM, or IT Distributor is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely while regularly meeting clients in person
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and relationship-driven
- Must be based in California, USA
