- Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise SLED Sales Executives responsible for new and expansion bookings
- Achieve annual SLED bookings quota with monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and manage the productivity metrics of Sales Executives, including deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy
- Coach Sales Executives on building executive relationships with Public Sector accounts and navigating complex SLED deals
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and support direct reports in client and prospect engagements
- 5+ years of overall Public Sector Sales experience working with SLED Agencies
- Experience managing a high-performing SLED Sales team for a B2B technology company
- Competency in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience in selling to C-level executives in the IT space
- Ability to travel via auto, train, or air up to 70% of the time
- Strong relationship-building skills with a successful track record as an individual contributor
- Experience in setting quotas and managing team performance against those quotas
- Passion for technology and a desire to grow skills in the field
