What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and apply sales strategies to assigned accounts and new business within the designated territory
  • Prepare and deliver presentations using information from internal and external resources
  • Conduct gap/opportunity analysis with financial implications to identify best practices
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and distribution partners to create beneficial programs
  • Manage individual development through onboarding, sales training, and skill enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of sales experience or a suitable combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, virtual meeting tools, and CRM software (e.g., )
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate
  • Valid U.S./Canadian driver's license and ability to travel independently, up to 15%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize digital/remote selling capabilities
