About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Associate to work directly with our founding team to help drive outbound outreach, research new opportunities, and explore where our product can create the most value. This is a hands‑on, high‑exposure role for someone who wants to learn how sales, partnerships, and early customer development really work at a fast‑growing startup.
You’ll be involved in everything from prospect research and outreach to attending conferences and industry events, helping us build relationships and uncover new use cases. This is not a scripted call‑center role, it’s about curiosity, hustle, and learning how deals actually get done.
What You’ll Do- Research potential customers, partners, and new market opportunities
- Support outbound outreach via email, Linked In, and other channels
- Help qualify inbound interest and route opportunities to the right people
- Assist with preparing outreach materials, follow‑ups, and CRM updates
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and in‑person events (travel required at times)
- Help identify patterns in customer conversations and surface new product or sales ideas
- Work closely with founders and senior team members on real deals and experiments
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Organized and detail‑oriented, but not afraid to move fast
- Interested in sales, startups, and customer‑facing work
- Comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know
- Willing to travel occasionally for conferences and events
- Prior sales, recruiting, consulting, or research experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Interest in healthcare, legal, or enterprise technology
- Direct exposure to founders and real customer conversations
- Learn outbound sales, partnerships, and market discovery from the ground up
- Opportunity to grow into more senior sales, partnerships, or strategy roles
- Mix of desk work and in‑person industry exposure
- Commission on deals
