- Develop, own, and execute a business plan for the assigned territory
- Prospect for new business through cold calling and face-to-face client meetings
- Prepare presentations, demonstrations, and basic RFPs and proposals
- Protect existing accounts while increasing revenue through upselling and cross‑selling
- Maintain and update CRM systems with account activity and competitive information
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in selling technology, preferably with a consultative sales approach
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite
- Proven track record of developing effective strategies and winning proposals
- Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and passport; ability to travel up to 60% within the US and to Canada as needed
- Familiarity with video and security systems in mobile or fixed environments
- Experience in a highly entrepreneurial setting with quick decision-making
- Strong project management and technical aptitude skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to overcome objections
