Vacation Club Sales Representative

As a SWVC Sales Representative, you will engage with guests from across the country, helping them envision the benefits of vacation ownership. You'll handle rejection with a smile, maintaining high energy, and share your knowledge and passion for Still Waters. Your sales skills will translate into unlimited earning potential, allowing you to achieve your financial goals.

We are seeking individuals with a proactive approach to interacting with guests and a proven track record of initiative and self-motivation. Excellent verbal communication skills and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays are essential, though you can enjoy weekends off in the summer. Candidates should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, a passion for guest service and the Still Waters experience, and proficiency with tablets and various applications.

• Experience in making sales pitches and presentations.
• Knowledge of the timeshare and/or vacation ownership industry.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College or university degree preferred.
