• Generate retail sales using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon-sponsored events.

We’re hiring immediately! Earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers could earn an extra $14,500 or more in individual commissions, giving you a total annual earning potential of $65,000+ to $73,500+. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.
• Fluency in Mandarin (required).

Even better if you have:

• Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. The starting base pay for the location listed on this job requisition is $18.27 per hour.
