Sales Representative - Paid Relocation to Cincinnati - $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Total Quality Logistics. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation includes commission and a sign-on bonus.

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

Location:

Cincinnati, OH; relocation to Cincinnati provided for training. After training, relocation assistance is available to relocate to any of TQL’s 60+ offices nationwide.
