Join Corporate Traveler USA as a Sales Development Representative focused on driving outbound prospecting and inbound lead generation to build pipeline and revenue. The role is based in Culver City, CA.
Location & CompensationLocation:
Culver City, CA
Hourly rate: $28.85 plus commission and incentive earnings. On target earnings average between $60,000 - $65,000.
- Oversee and spearhead the start of the sales cycle from prospect to qualification.
- Generate new meetings with potential and targeted customers using personalized outreach (Phone, email, social).
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive inbound & outbound revenue growth.
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
- Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission.
- Strong experience with outbound prospecting.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- A self-starter, focused, dynamic, and eager to learn.
- Organized and possess strong time management skills.
- Emphasis on development & continuous improvement.
- Tech savvy:
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach or other lead generation tools. - 1+ years of sales or relevant experience.
