Role
:
The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing Chowbus’ POS system to local and regional restaurants. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, leading the sales cycle, and closing partnerships while promoting the Chowbus brand. By understanding restaurants’ unique needs, this role develops customized technology solutions to help their businesses thrive.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and position Chowbus’ restaurant technology in the market.
- Research and qualify prospects that are a good fit for Chowbus’ platform.
- Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calls, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop solutions that meet prospects’ needs.
- Achieve assigned KPIs and goals, including daily outreach quotas and onboarding new partners each month.
- Manage sales activities and results using Chowbus’ CRM tool.
- Partner with regional teams to ensure delivery aligns with sales expectations.
- Proven collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to sell and upsell products.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
- Ability to learn quickly and become proficient with new technology.
- Proficiency with collaborative and internal tools (Salesforce, Slack, Linked In Sales Navigator, Google Apps) or ability to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field (preferred).
- 1 year of relevant experience (highly preferred).
- Are bilingual in Chinese (preferred).

The salary for this role is $50,000-$80,000 plus sales commission, depending on experience.
