Senior Sales Engineer; TOLA

Join Sysdig as a Senior Sales Engineer (TOLA) and help us secure the cloud for the world’s most trusted organizations.

• Report to the Head of Sales and conduct in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and needs.
• Deliver world‑class product demonstrations, provide proofs of value, and drive customer success.
• Collaborate with Sysdig support, customer success, and professional services to ensure customers become power users of our platform.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the security landscape and articulate the challenges of securing cloud‑native applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, guiding them through the evolving technology space.

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Solid understanding of the technical sales process.
• Expert knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Proven success working directly with end users.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements while achieving positive outcomes.

• Experience with virtualization, containerization, and microservices.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CKA, CKS, AWS, GCP, Azure.
• SAAS experience across multiple clouds.
• Familiarity with CSPM, container and cloud security, IAC.
• Experience presenting at industry events and meetups.

The U.S. annual on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this full‑time position is between $180,996 and $ USD per year. This range is a combination of base pay and commission; actual offers may vary based on location, experience, and education.
