This position reports to:
Service Sales Manager
- Develop and execute service sales strategies across key marine segments.
- Promote ABB’s full service portfolio – from digital solutions and maintenance to training and long‑term agreements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent ABB at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings as an ambassador of our technology and values.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering;
Master’s preferred but not required. - Minimum 5, preferably 8 or more years in sales or service operations within the marine sector.
- Solid understanding of marine systems and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities with a customer‑focused mindset.
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Benefits- Competitive salary range: $116,500 – $216,300 annually plus bonus eligibility.
