Location: Southern California (Southwest Territory)

Compensation: $110K–$130K base + uncapped commissions, $1,200 car allowance, full benefits

Our client is a multi-generational, family-owned manufacturing company based in Irvine, California. With a warm, collaborative culture, they are recognized for excellence in both printing and injection molding for the plastic packaging industry.

• Printing & Decoration Capabilities: High-resolution 8-color offset printing, 5-color silkscreen printing, metallic foil application.
• Injection Molding Expertise: In-house production with large tonnage presses and robot assist. Specialized closures for nail polish bottles and a wide range of custom bottle closures.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive packaging sales into the cosmetics industry
. This role is based in Southern California and covers the Southwest territory.

• Develop and grow relationships with cosmetics companies, focusing on packaging solutions.
• Represent a company with deep expertise and strong reputation in both printing and injection molding.
• Travel up to 30% to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand territory presence.

• Proven experience selling into the cosmetics industry

• Background in packaging sales strongly preferred.
• A team-oriented professional who thrives in a warm, family-style corporate culture.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Base salary: $110K–$130K (commensurate with experience) +
  Uncapped commissions
• $1,200 monthly car allowance and Full benefits package.
