Responsibilities- Build and develop a sales strategy for the assigned territory and customer base.
- Penetrate territory, plan calls, manage time, and forecast accurately.
- Drive product utilization through demonstrations, customer training, and education on indications, contraindications, and safety.
- Execute launch and installation action plans, leveraging reward programs and enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate and achieve high attendance at user meetings, workshops, trade shows, and other educational events.
- Develop and maintain key relationships, identify new customers, and grow the existing customer base.
- Perform business evaluations and reviews, becoming a subject‑matter expert on industry and competitors.
- Collaborate across teams (surgical, non‑surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical) to ensure consistent communication.
- Generate leads and cross‑selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts, including terms, quotes, and pricing.
- Handle administrative tasks such as quarterly business plans, account profiles, customer database maintenance, and expense reporting.
- Build customer loyalty through superior service, effective communication, and maximized customer contact.
- Maintain compliance with FDA and corporate quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Support company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are maintained.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Preferred experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in an FDA‑regulated environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.
- Strong selling skills: ability to communicate product attributes, influence, close deals, manage time, and set priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present clinical and technical information to providers and large groups.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to travel 75% of the time and transport up to 60 lb of equipment.
- Technical proficiency with software and hardware tools.
Base salary range: $80,000‑$100,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible for an annual bonus program or sales incentive plan.
