About the JobAn Account Executive at Adquadrant will identify, engage, and win new business with SMB and mid‑market DTC brands ( $10M–$150M in revenue ) looking to scale profitably through digital marketing, creator‑led commerce, and performance media. The role acts as a strategic consultant—uncovering prospect needs, diagnosing growth challenges, and shaping solutions in partnership with our strategy, media, and creative teams. The position runs a transparent, value‑driven sales process that builds trust with founders, CMOs, and e‑commerce operators.

- A trusted advisor, able to speak credibly about digital marketing, creator ecosystems, and e‑commerce growth strategies.
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience within digital media, performance marketing, creator commerce, or agency services.
- A proven ability to deliver at least $1M in new‑business revenue annually, with consistent performance against quota.
- Experience selling into DTC and e‑commerce brands, with an understanding of platform economics, attribution, and media efficiency.
- Working knowledge of Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and affiliate/creator ecosystems (or a strong desire and ability to ramp up quickly).
- Strong quantitative skills—you can navigate metrics, interpret performance data, and structure ROI‑driven conversations.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and written communication abilities.
- High personal integrity, professionalism, and accountability—someone who owns outcomes and operates as a true individual contributor.
- A bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
