Your primary responsibility will be to grow revenue by developing new accounts, nurturing existing customers, and creating visibility for the Kencove brand across your territory. You’ll still oversee a small warehouse team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and timely, but your focus will be on prospecting, solution selling, and territory expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Actively prospect and visit new and existing customers across the region

- Build trusted relationships with customers in the agricultural community
- Provide personalized quotes, prepare bids, and follow up on all sales activity
- Attend regional farm shows, expos, and community events to increase brand exposure
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and report weekly to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop territory-specific sales strategies
- Supervise a small team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Coordinate with logistics and corporate support for smooth deliveries
- Support local walk-in customers and ensure top-tier customer service
- 35+ years of sales experience, preferably in ag products, tools, fencing, or construction supply
- Confidence in direct customer interaction, in-person selling, and solution building
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and manage a small team
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking, and light inventory systems
- Passion for rural communities and agriculture
- Willingness to travel regionally for customer outreach and events
- Competitive salary
- Health benefits, PTO, and paid holidays
- 401(k) with employer match
- Mileage reimbursement for outside sales
- Opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing territory
