About the roleThis role is for an experienced sales representative to grow our expanding ADHD portfolio. The National Sales force is field‑based throughout the U.S., serving as a direct link between the company, healthcare providers and clients. The territory includes the St. Louis Metro area, O’Fallon, Potosi and surrounding area. Qualified candidates must live within the territory.
Responsibilities- Generate sales, communication and promotion of product, build and maintain relationships, educate HCPs, identify new opportunities.
- Establish, develop and maintain successful partnerships with targeted HCPs and staff within assigned geographical territory; increase awareness through scientific information and educational programs.
- Create consultative, solution‑oriented partnerships with clients, meeting regularly to discuss company products and how they meet identified needs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales‑related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, medical device or related industry.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology with documented sales success.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and independently managing a territory.
- Ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic plans.
- Experience conducting consultative, solutions‑oriented sales calls.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain complex medical and scientific information.
- Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year. Salary may be commensurate with experience. Full‑time employees are eligible for sales incentives, medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, paid volunteer time, employee resource groups.
