Junior Sales Representative – 100% remote, full-time, U.S. only.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (no cold calling or outbound calls/messaging).
• Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
• Present products confidently in a fully remote environment.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships.
• Obtain necessary licensing (we’ll support you every step of the way).

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
