About The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our business, helping customers care for their cars and selling our memberships. This role combines customer service with sales, requiring engagement, needs assessment, and confident recommendations.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Explaining car wash options and promoting memberships to drive sales.
- Upselling services by communicating benefits of memberships.
- Assisting customers with car wash services and self-cleaning options.
- Maintaining site cleanliness and functionality for a superior customer experience.
What You Bring
- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend products.
- Quick learner with product knowledge, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Energy to stand, move, and engage with customers for extended periods.
Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
