• Deliver renowned and authentic service that creates a Modern Luxury customer experience.
• Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections in store and online; cascade and train information to the broader team.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and building productive long‑term relationships.
• Support a teamwork, trust, and collaboration environment with peers, customers, and supervisors.
• Build credibility and trust as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying current with market competition, industry trends, and customer shopping behaviors; share insights with customers as appropriate.

• 1–3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred; current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet).
• Effective communication skills with customers and team; ability to navigate sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
• Flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.
