Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding customer service and promote products and services.;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and package orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.;
Research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, and maintain stock area and transactions.;
Collaborate with Merchandise team to replenish stock and participate in annual inventory.;
Meet established performance standards including omnichannel initiatives, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
