Position: STORE MANAGER IN GREENVILLE, MO

Dollar General -  - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling.;
Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events to encourage safety, security and policies.;
Ensure the store is opened and closed effectively each day; personally open the store at least twice and close at least twice per week.;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage merchandising, pricing and signage.
