Harps Food Stores - - - Responsibilities:
Manage meat department operations including staffing, readiness, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safety of equipment.;
Oversee replenishment and inventory processes: ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards: stocking, rotation, signing, setting and maintaining displays, sampling, and department procedures.;
Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines; proper packaging, labeling, weighing, and pricing according to regulations.;
Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships; uphold Harps' SMILE program and maintain professionalism.
