Store Development Operations Lead Facilities & Construction Department

The Store Development Operations Lead is the central connector of our Facilities & Construction team ensuring projects move forward, communications stay clear, and every store reflects the quality, care, and craftsmanship of the Brighton brand.

About the Role

This role helps ensure our stores remain beautiful, functional, and aligned with the Brighton brand. Through strong organization, leadership, and attention to detail, you will help create environments where our teams feel proud and our customers feel the magic the moment they walk through the door.

This position is highly hands‑on and serves as the keeper of the status of each store maintenance issue ensuring strong follow‑through and clear visibility from start to finish. The Store Development Operations Lead will guide remodel and construction projects while maintaining high standards that protect and elevate our brand image and style. We are looking for someone organized, detail‑driven, and accountable—someone who takes pride in ensuring our stores remain polished, well‑maintained, and consistent with the Brighton experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store development, remodel, construction, and facilities projects from planning through completion
  • Track and manage maintenance issues across all store locations
  • Maintain clear visibility into project status, timelines, and follow‑through
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal partners to ensure execution
  • Serve as a key communicator and informant for store operations and leadership
  • Ensure stores maintain brand standards, image, and overall presentation
  • Keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward with urgency and accountability
