Andy's Frozen Custard - 1600 South Hanley Road - [Restaurant Manager] As a Store Manager you will personally help contribute to the success of your store by:
Leader the store's operations- staffing- customer satisfaction- product quality- financial performance- and- team development;
Display a "customer comes first" attitude by training and holding associates accountable for delivering legendary customer service;
Constantly review store environment and key business indicators to identify problems- concerns- and- opportunities for improvement;
Monitor and manage store staffing levels;
Plan- identify- communicate- and- delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to store associates to ensure smooth flow of operations;
Actively manage store associates by regularly conducting performance assessments.
