Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer – Mondelēz International

Join our team to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing retail displays. This role represents world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order products via iPad tablet to ensure in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Communicate agreed plans with store managers and report any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in‑store.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25–35 miles of Ballwin, MO (primary location) or Chesterfield, MO (secondary).
• Schedule availability Tuesday–Saturday; start time 7:00 am.

Hourly rate: $16.00–$18.00 (based on experience).
