The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. You’ll help customers find what they need, ensure shelves and displays look their best, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• Assist shoppers in locating products and making purchase decisions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies
• Process sales, exchanges, and returns accurately at the register
• Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Follow company procedures for inventory and loss prevention

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills
