General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection based on customer needs.
• Maintain and organize Hobbies & Home Improvement displays.
• Assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location).
• Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
