Overview

BLISS Car Wash is looking for an EXPERIENCED Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing a Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership for their vehicle.

Sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of continuous employment.

• $17.00 - $22.00 hourly base pay, plus commission.
• $500 - $1,000 Sign-on Bonus.

• Be self-motivated, SALES-oriented, and highly energetic with a positive attitude.
• Able to Meet/Exceed Sales Targets and provide excellent service to ensure a BLISSFUL guest experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including the uniform appearance policy.
• Follow directions, company safety protocol, and work outdoors when required.
• Be a team player and able to adapt to varying business needs.

• Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prepare vehicles within company guidelines.
• Perform after-hours site cleaning according to the schedule (includes tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).

• Experience: MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE.
• Knowledge: Must always maintain the highest level of service. Ability to adapt to a high-volume retail environment with a team. Flexibility to adapt to various situations. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Demonstrates ability to improve through training.
• Skills: Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through excellent communication and follow-through.
• Work Schedule: Part-time employees that can work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Site Manager.

• Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment and vehicles.
• Constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents (e.g., dust, fumes, and gases).
• Fluctuating temperatures and conditions (heat, cold, humidity), with some noise and vibration exposure.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, stay in constant motion, and perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Ability to operate all related equipment.
