Support the cooperative’s mission by providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and maintaining a clean and efficient store environment. Contribute to a positive team culture while meeting sales and operational goals.

• Support the manager in meeting monthly sales targets.
• Promote, sell and distribute store products to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain product inventory, including receiving and stocking deliveries and supplies.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service including addressing concerns.
• Ensure the store, equipment and facilities are clean, safe and properly maintained.
• Prepare food items consistently according to portion, quality and presentation standards.
• Follow all cooperative, state and federal policies and procedures.
• Attend required safety and food handling training.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines as required by cooperative, state and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic cash handling skills and the ability to operate a register.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be comfortable receiving and implementing feedback.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods and performing tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing and handling materials.
• Good finger and wrist dexterity for food prep and register operation.
