Retail Supervisor - Full Time (Branson)

Join PUMA Group as a Retail Supervisor, responsible for steering store operations to achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability while delivering a superior customer experience.

PUMA Group is the global leader in sports fashion. The Retail Supervisor will manage the everyday performance of the store, support the Store Manager, and maintain brand standards in a fast‑moving retail environment.

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective short‑ and long‑term planning and expense control.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high‑performing, results‑driven employees.
• Control payroll and service‑driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non‑traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

• 1–2 years of experience in a focused, customer‑service‑oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fast learner with basic computer skills and retail software knowledge.
• Physical ability to walk, lift/carry, and move around; can lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Base pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour + Bonus + Benefits. (Benefit Summary Full Time)
