• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Take phone and in-person orders accurately and promptly
• Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store’s cleanliness
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Effective multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
