The Lash Lounge Chesterfield (TLLC) and The Lash Lounge O/Fallon (TLLO) are locally family owned and operated eyelash salons that are part of a network of over 134 locations nationally. We offer a complete menu of services including eyelash extensions, lash perming, lash and brow tinting, brow threading/sculpting, and brow laminations. Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on sales while providing an excellent customer experience to all guests, selling memberships and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person, by phone or text
- Represent the salon and improve overall sales
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Attend monthly employee meetings/training
- 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability beyond August
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
- Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus
- Experience with lash extensions is a plus
- Drama-free salon
- Hourly wage with $20-$30 bonus for membership sales
- Paid personal time off after 6 months
