Base pay rangeWe are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will assist customers, provide product information, and support sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates well, and is motivated to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a retail setting
- Provide product information and help customers find what they need
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Generate new leads
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings
