Base Pay Range$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Position SummaryLeads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Tours stores, provides feedback, and communicates with all levels of associates to ensure quality customer service and business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and coach associates on the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and technology business initiatives.
- Provide feedback tours, and support store initiatives to improve operations.
- Model exceptional customer service standards and manage customer service initiatives.
- Develop and implement action plans to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
- Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes meet standards.
- Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and recognize associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support the Open Door Policy.
- Promote a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
- Act with integrity and maintain ethical standards.
- Make decisions based on data insights and balance customer, associate, and community needs.
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Legal background check if needed for firearms or ammunition sales.
- Completed all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent.
- College completion in People and Business Leadership.
- Experience supervising at least 5 direct reports with performance management responsibilities.
