- Available 15–20 hours/week, flexible evenings, weekends, holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to promote product and build brand relationships.
- Assist management to grow store business.
- Support all service enhancers, including Concierge.
- Serve multiple customers, multitask, handle projects concurrently.
- Stay informed on fashion trends, product knowledge.
- Use product knowledge to create outfits and match client needs.
- Maximize performance through learning, coaching, feedback.
- Achieve sales and service metrics.
- Complete operational assignments: filling orders, replenishment, recovery.
