Restaurant Team Member

Overview

Restaurant Team Member role at Love's Travel Stops. You would be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment. No experience is required—we will teach you.

• General customer service duties including taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen, including sandwich making, fry, grill, or other stations depending on the concept.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions and delivery of a fresh, safe product.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Physical ability to move and lift 25+ pounds; ability to work in various temperatures.
