Overview

AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. This role supports movement of product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. The position requires a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and strong attention to detail. The Stockroom is the primary workspace, with flexibility to assist on the Sales floor as needed.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain an organized Stockroom, including merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop plans, and take action to implement improvements.
• Support teamwork by helping fellow team members with non-stock tasks or assisting guests on the Sales floor when needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies and procedures.

• Passion for AE and Aerie brand standards; detail-oriented with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability: early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed.
• Experience in stock-related roles preferred.
