The Lash Lounge Chesterfield (TLLC) and The Lash Lounge O'Fallon (TLLO) are locally family owned and operated eye lash salon that are part of a network of over 134 locations nationally. We offer a complete menu of services including Eye Lash Extensions, Lash Perming, Lash and Brow Tinting, Brow Threading/sculpting, and Brow Laminations just to name a few. We offer a luxurious and warm atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate(s) for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!), cosmetics and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients, as well as interacting with our professional lash stylists.

- Increase membership sales and retail sales.
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Book appointments in person, online phone and text.
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Attend monthly employee meeting/training.
- 1+ year customer service or retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Flexible with hours and shifts.
