ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, maintaining standards, safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
