Barista - Craft Coffee

Overview

Exit 11 Coffee is the only drive-thru coffee in the area serving homemade, fresh, clean, organic food and drinks
.

We’re looking for baristas who care about what they serve, take pride in quality ingredients, and want to do things the right way — even when it’s busy.

We serve award-winning, locally roasted organic coffee using traditional Italian espresso equipment
. This is not a relaxed café environment. We work with focus, consistency, and purpose as a team.

Pay: $20–$25/hour

Training will begin at a slightly lower rate until you are certified.

• Crafting espresso drinks using professional Italian equipment
• Working in a fast, focused drive-thru environment
• Serving customers with consistency, efficiency, and professionalism
• Keeping a clean, organized workspace and strong workflow
• Working alongside other adults who take their work seriously—and still know how to have fun doing it.

• Maturity, responsibility, and reliability
• A genuine interest in making homemade, fresh, clean, organic food and drinks
• Willingness to learn high-level coffee knowledge (no experience required)
• Teachable, dependable, and able to stay engaged for an entire shift
• Interest in learning a trade and growing in skill over time

• Not a slow café
• Not focused on latte art
• Not a job for people who want to coast

We will train the right person to become a skilled coffee professional
. Prior coffee experience is not required — willingness to learn and care about quality is.
