As a Food & Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing the MOST AMAZING dining experience to Our Guests at their bowling lane(s). You will do this by providing legendary service to all of our bowlers. Servers are responsible for creating a memorable experience, keeping tables, chairs, booths and floors clean and safe for guests at all times. You should have excellent knowledge of our food and beverage menu items and suggest items to our Guests.

Prior serving or bartending experience is preferred. You must be available nights and weekends.

• Has fun with the Guests and establishes a “regular Guest” rapport
• Make suggestions for drink and food, using salesmanship to educate our Guests and increase check averages
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks promptly
• Remove dirty or empty plates and glasses promptly
• Present checks to Guests and collect payment in a timely manner
• Ensure that all food and beverage being served are within our standards of quality and freshness.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the food, drink, and any “specials” menus
• Prepare the tables and bowling area for new Guests in a timely manner
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the bowling and concourse areas. Cleanliness is extremely important!
• Assist Guests with the bowling scoring system as needed
• guests for legal age verification in conjunction with alcohol purchases
• Handle money and make change quickly and accurately
• Secure payment for any and all purchases
• Promote the Bowling Center and entertainment options of the venue.
• Keep the side stations clean, organized and stocked during the shift
• Report any safety issues to the Management immediately.
• Complete all assigned side work, including assigned on-going side work, and any special cleaning assignments.
• Adhere to all policies set forth in Team Member Handbook

• Previous serving or restaurant experience is required
