Server Part Time

Overview

Arrow Senior Living has spent 14 years in healthcare and is now looking to add a Server to our team at The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, Missouri. The position is part‑time with a starting wage of $15–$16 per hour, and shifts run Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

• Host with the Most – greet residents, make them feel welcome, and create an engaging dining environment.
• Peppy Prepper – prepare tables, salads, and silverware so service can proceed smoothly.
• Titan of Tidiness – buss tables and sweep floors to maintain a clean and welcoming community.
• Appetite Anthropologist – communicate with supervisors about residents' dietary habits and appetite changes, and assist residents when meals are missed.

• Minimum age sixteen (16).
• English reading, writing, understanding, and speaking at at least eighth‑grade proficiency.
• Positive, energetic attitude who loves residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.
