Research Assistant

Overview

The Research Assistant develops, conducts, and manages research projects designated by faculty supervisors. The role supports leading development and execution of major research projects and performs analyses for collaboration with faculty. Under the supervision of assigned faculty, the Research Assistant may supervise volunteer research assistants; design and conduct research studies; assist with recruitment of research subjects; collect, manage, analyze, and process data for potential publication in top-tier journals;

perform literature reviews; manage lab meetings, research budget, and project coordination. Responsibilities also include coordinating research projects with external collaborators, which may involve work inside and outside the US, including external communication and managing deadlines and workflow with external parties.
