Overview

The Opportunity 10x.team is assembling a select group of European-based scientists and researchers to support leading frontier AI labs in training next-generation models. This is not traditional research consulting. This is model shaping. You will help advanced AI systems reason better about science: from experimental design and data interpretation to mechanistic reasoning, diagnostic logic, and evidence-based argumentation across the life sciences and biomedical domains.

You Will Contribute To Reinforcement Learning From Human Feedback (RLHF) Datasets That Strengthen AI Reasoning Across Scientific And Biomedical Contexts. Specifically, You Will

• Draft complex prompts involving scientific reasoning, experimental methodology, diagnostic pathways, mechanistic explanations, and literature interpretation
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, methodological soundness, and adherence to current evidence-based standards
• Create variants of prompts tailored to different personas (e.g., clinical researcher, bench scientist, peer reviewer, graduate student, patient-facing explanation)
• Design examples that intentionally expose weaknesses in scientific reasoning, statistical interpretation, or causal logic
• Collaborate asynchronously with our research coordination team

This is structured, high-focus intellectual work.

You are a trained scientist or researcher with real-world expertise in the life sciences, biomedical research, or a related discipline.

• PhD or equivalent research degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., medicine, biology, molecular biology, immunology, pharmacology, neuroscience, biochemistry, public health, epidemiology, or related fields)
• 2+ years of post-doctoral research experience, clinical research, or applied scientific work
• Strong expertise in at least one domain (e.g., immunology, oncology, infectious disease, genomics, drug development, clinical trials, diagnostics, toxicology, cell biology, etc.)
• Exceptional analytical ability and experience with scientific writing and peer review
• Ability to identify flawed reasoning, methodological errors, and gaps in evidence quickly

• Experience teaching or supervising in a university or research setting
• Track record of published peer-reviewed research
• Experience with systematic reviews, meta-analyses, or regulatory submissions (e.g., EMA, FDA dossiers)
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in science or healthcare
• Clinical experience (MD, MD-PhD, or equivalent)

What matters most: You understand how scientific reasoning works in practice — from hypothesis generation through experimental validation — and you can break it down with precision.

• Fully remote
• Asynchronous work (flexible scheduling — work in your own time)
• 10–20 hours per week
• Estimated duration: 2–4+ months (extension possible)
• Independent contractor agreement
