• PhD in Materials Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Science, AI, IClangen, or related disciplines (from globally recognized universities)
• Minimum 2 years of postdoctoral or industry R&D experience (startup experience is highly valued)
• Proven track record of high-impact publications, patented technologies, or leading flagship projects

• Fluent English communication skills (ability to collaborate in multicultural teams)
• Annual Compensation: USD 130,000 – 380,000 (commensurate with expertise and experience)
• Research Seed Funding:
  Up to USD 450,000 (customized based on project scope)
• Relocation & Housing Support:
  Up to USD 400,000 (includes talent housing, rental stipends, or home purchase subsidies)
